On Friday night at Glenbard South, the Trojans lost their Metro Suburban Conference opener 51-34. The Trojans got off to a good start at the end of the 1st quarter leading 16-13. After that, Glenbard South clamped down defensively and the Trojans offense stalled as the second quarter saw the Trojans score just 4 points and go into half-time down 28-20. During the 3rd quarter the Trojans were able to hand around but unable to mount the offensive charge needed and Glenbard South hit there free throws down the stretch to preserve the victory.
