The Trojans traveled again on Friday night to face the Ridgewood Rebels. The Trojans came out of the gate quickly aided by some hot-shooting by senior Justin Rhiner and others. After one quarter the Trojans led by a score of 18-9 and took a 37-13 lead into halftime. The Rebels would use the 3-pt shot to try and shoot themselves back into this game but they simply weren't able to close the gap. After three quarters the Trojans led by 23 and the game ended with TC recording a 70-46 victory. It was a tremendous team effort as the Trojans had three players in doubles figures led by Connor VanderBrug with 23 points. The Trojans shot 6-13 from beyond the arc and finished the game shooting well above 50% from the field. Riley Chapman came off the bench to Score 9 points and Rob McGivney came off the bench to grab six boards and dish out 4 assists. Starters Khali Valrie (14 pts.) and Justin Rhiner (13 pts.) helped pace the Trojans offense.
The Trojans next game is Saturday, December 14 at 6pm at Westmont High School. Thanks to those who came out to support the Trojans at Ridgewood!
