In the second game of the Jack Tosh Holiday Classic the Trojans found themselves matched up against McHenry as both teams had lost their tournament opener. McHenry using the aid of the 3-pointer to push tie up the score at 47-47 with only minutes remaining. After a Connor VanderBrug lay-up the Trojans cleared the Warriors miss. Forced to foul, Khali Valrie made two free throws to extend the lead to 4 points. A defensive stop, a TC missed free throw, and another defensive stop resulted in the Trojans running out the clock and claiming the 51-47 victory over the McHenry Warriors.

High Scorer and rebounder for the game was Connor VanderBrug with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Khali Valrie had 11 points and 4 assists.
